About Christine Frazer

What do prisons and HR have in common? Me. Yes, I spent over a decade working in prisons. That experience was some of the most valuable in my career since it proved to be a crash course in HR, humanity, politics, and business development. It also allowed me the opportunity to travel the world.

My HR career has spanned all organizational structures, sizes, and stages of development. I’ve begun with companies from the ground floor and sat at sophisticated leadership tables. My experiences are your experiences. I’ve seen what you’re seeing. I’ve worked with employees just like yours.

Founder of HR Any Day Consulting

I’m often told I’m not a typical HR person. I take that as a compliment. Although I take HR very seriously, I don’t take myself very seriously. That attitude has allowed me to stay in what admittedly can be somewhat stressful field as long as I have. Humor is as essential to me in this business as is the knowledge. My unique style is how I convey complicated concepts and navigate tough topics.

I’m committed to helping every client I work with achieve their HR goals, become compliant, build the workforce of their dreams, and have some fun while doing it.

I’m honest and direct and often won’t tell you what you want to hear. I will always tell you what you need to hear. This isn’t for everyone.

Do you want to build a workplace that is progressive and not fear based? One that’s also compliant and safe? If you answered yes, and if you actually handle the truth, we’re each other’s kind of people.

I would recommend Christine Frazer as a trusted partner for any of your HR and administrative needs. She is truly in a league of her own!
